What does enterprise phone service from VoIP Services Now include?
VoIP Services Now is the business phone service run by SRS Networks, a Salinas, California company operating since 1996. It is hosted VoIP for larger companies: an auto attendant, call queues, nationwide e911 and HIPAA-compliant voice and video on every plan, from $11.99 per user per month with a 1-year commitment, at the same price for 15 seats or 500. For multi-location deployments, a member of our team is onsite to roll out the system at every location you need. Outside the Central Coast, those installs are done by our installation partner, the SRS Networks deployment team at srsnetworks.com. No multi-year contracts. Call (866) 601-3636.
What Changes When the Phone Company Comes to Every Site
Deployed, not shipped
For multi-location deployments, a member of our team is onsite to roll out the system at every location you need. Every location is surveyed before install, and each site's old service stays live until its port completes.
The network path is ours to check
Outside the Central Coast, installs are done by our installation partner, the SRS Networks deployment team at srsnetworks.com, which installs cabling, switching and firewalls for a living. A call-quality complaint at site 14 gets a SIP trace and a look at that site's firewall, switch and circuit.
Terms procurement can sign
Published per-user pricing, the same at any seat count. Monthly with a 1-year commitment or month-to-month, no multi-year contracts, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on user fees.

- 04Internet circuit

Three Commitments on Every Enterprise Rollout
A site survey before install
Every location is surveyed before installation, so install day matches the plan and the quote.
One named project contact
One person runs the rollout from the first survey to the last cutover, and is who you call about any site.
A pilot location first
One site goes live end to end first, so routing, devices and porting are proven before the rest follow.

Eight Questions to Ask Any Provider Before an Enterprise Rollout
| Ask | Why it matters | Our answer |
|---|---|---|
| Is the advertised price tied to a term? | Many advertised rates need a one- to three-year agreement. | Our promo price needs a 1-year commitment, and month-to-month is 30% higher. No multi-year contracts. |
| Does the rate change with seat count? | Volume tiers turn the 100-seat price into a negotiation. | No. Same price at any seat count. |
| Who is onsite at each location on install day? | Remote onboarding leaves the cabling, switch and firewall to your staff. | For multi-location deployments, a member of our team is onsite to roll out the system at every location you need. |
| Who runs the rollout? | Without one owner, every site becomes its own ticket. | One named project contact, from the first site survey to the last cutover. |
| Who checks the network path when calls break up? | A provider that sees only its platform can only report that the platform is fine. | We do: a SIP trace, plus that site's firewall, switch and circuit. |
| What happens to the fax, alarm and elevator lines? | Copper replacement is often sold as a separate product and a separate project. | They are inventoried in the same rollout. Elevator and fire lines get a separate life-safety review. |
| What does leaving cost? | Termination fees are what keep a bad fit in place. | Cancel a 1-year commitment anytime with 90 days' notice; month-to-month ends with the billing period. Your numbers port out. |
| What does the uptime figure measure, and what is the remedy? | An SLA remedy is normally a partial credit on one month's bill. | We don't publish one, because we can't verify the platform's figure ourselves. |
Multi-Site Operations with Their Own Phone Requirements
When a National Platform Is the Better Buy
If the job is an outbound or high-volume contact center, buy a platform built for it. Call queues are here; dialers and workforce management are not.
If procurement requires a vendor with a public balance sheet, or your teams live in deep CRM integrations and analytics dashboards every day, an enterprise platform is the better buy. CRM integrations here are on Pro, and the catalog is smaller.
If your offices are outside the United States, or headquarters has already standardized on one platform worldwide, stay on it. Onsite rollout is the thing we add, and it covers locations in the United States.
A fully remote company gets nothing from the onsite rollout. Choose a remote-only provider and keep the difference.

Step 1 — What do you need?
What to settle before you switch
- 1
We review your requirements
Start with users, site locations and the system you have today. You do not need a finished specification to ask for a quote.
- 2
Separate service, equipment and installation
Ask for the recurring plan, optional desk phones, onsite work and applicable fees to be shown separately. Site readiness and devices determine the installation scope.
- 3
Agree the port and installation plan
Contract dates, site access and carrier confirmation shape the target cutover. Keep current service active until the number transfer is confirmed complete.
