VoIPServicesNow.com provides business-grade Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions to customers within and beyond California. Services may include calling plans, hardware provisioning, hosted PBX systems, and related support.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent.
4. Subscription & Billing
We offer month-to-month subscription plans and subscription plans with a 1-year commitment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe . By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Month-to-month plans are billed at the regular rate for a 1-year commitment plus 30%. Desk phones are available to rent only on plans with a 1-year commitment.
5. Account Management
No user account is required to access the services. However, billing and service communications will be sent to the email address provided during signup.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at sales@voipservicesnow.com . Cancelations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.
Notwithstanding the above, plans with a 1-year commitment may be cancelled at any time. Service is billed for 90 days from the date of the cancellation request. Month-to-month plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Rented equipment remains the property of VOIP Services Now and must be returned before service is fully cancelled.

All payments are non-refundable . By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

13. Acceptable Use and Unlimited Calling
Our services are for normal business communication. Unlimited calling covers calls to the United States and many Canadian area codes, one call at a time per user. When a user is on more than one call at once, only the first call is unlimited and the others are billed per minute. International calls are billed separately, and inbound calls to your toll-free numbers are billed at market rates.
You may not use the services for call centres, sales or support hotlines that take calls in bulk, telemarketing campaigns or high-volume outbound dialling, auto-dialling or predictive dialling, call blasting, robocalls, marketing campaigns, or spam or blasts of voicemails, faxes, or text messages. Bulk and automated text messaging is available only as a paid add-on. You may not forward or trunk a number on an unlimited plan into another phone system, or resell the services, without our written agreement.
You must use the services lawfully, including the laws that apply to call recording, telemarketing, and unsolicited messages.
If usage goes beyond normal business levels or breaks this section, we may limit, suspend, or cancel the affected service, or, after notice, move the account to metered billing.
