Quick Answer

Where does VoIP Services Now install business phone systems?

VoIP Services Now is the business phone service run by SRS Networks, a Salinas, California company operating since 1996. It installs business phone systems onsite nationwide, through SRS Networks' deployment teams, and locally from 845 West Market Street, Suite P, Salinas, across Monterey, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, and San Benito counties: 12 cities with their own pages. For multi-location deployments, a member of our team is onsite to roll out the system at every location you need. Call (866) 601-3636.

Plan the site work

When Is Onsite Installation Useful?

Apps may be enough for a remote team or an office with capable in-house IT. A building with desk phones, cordless work areas or retained analog equipment needs a different scope: usable network outlets, power, coverage, compatibility and a clear plan for configuration and testing.

We install from our Salinas office on the Central Coast and in the South Bay, and through SRS Networks’ deployment teams elsewhere. Professional installation is available from other providers too. Compare the written tasks and exclusions, the people responsible for network changes and the tests needed for handover. Onsite installation is quoted separately.

Find the right installation conversation for your address

The city and county pages are service-area guides. Salinas is our published office; the presence of a location page does not establish another branch or a guaranteed arrival time.

Central Coast and South Bay
Start with the relevant city or county guide below. Our Salinas office serves this area. Provide the actual address, access hours and devices so the appointment and physical work can be confirmed.
A site elsewhere
Nationwide onsite installation is available through SRS Networks’ deployment teams. A city does not need its own page for you to enquire. Tell us the installation location and requirements; timing and costs are confirmed for the job.
More than one address
Inventory each location separately, including its local contact, readiness, numbers and required call handling. Confirm rollout order, acceptance and any billing or administrator arrangements in the quote.

A practical acceptance check

Before an illustrative second office opens, verify that its published number reaches the intended group, transfers reach the right site and its closing schedule behaves as agreed. Do not assume the first office’s configuration suits the second.

What to tell us first

You can start with city or ZIP and the number of sites. The full addresses and access details can follow during scoping. Nationwide installation does not imply a nationwide emergency onsite-response SLA.

Privacy Policy · SMS Terms

For multiple sites, list the cities. We confirm installation scope for each address.

A member of our team calls back, usually within one business day. Your details are never sold.

What to settle before you switch

  1. 1

    We review your requirements

Start with users, site locations and the system you have today. You do not need a finished specification to ask for a quote.

  2. 2

    Separate service, equipment and installation

Ask for the recurring plan, optional desk phones, onsite work and applicable fees to be shown separately. Site readiness and devices determine the installation scope.

  3. 3

Agree the port and installation plan

Contract dates, site access and carrier confirmation shape the target cutover. Keep current service active until the number transfer is confirmed complete.

Frequently Asked

Business Phone Service Area FAQs

Which cities do you install in?
Nationwide: installs outside our local area are done onsite through SRS Networks' deployment teams. Locally, Salinas, Monterey, Watsonville, Santa Cruz, Gilroy, San Jose, Capitola, Hollister, Gonzales, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and Milpitas each have their own page, plus every town in Monterey, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, and San Benito counties between them. The county pages list those by name, and the Bay Area page covers San Francisco, Oakland, the East Bay, and the North Bay.
What determines the installation quote?
Onsite installation is quoted separately per site. Provide the address, users, device list, network contact, building-access requirements and preferred timing. Ask for the included work, exclusions and any dependencies in writing rather than assuming a fixed travel or labor charge.
Can you serve us outside this area?
Yes. VoIP Services Now sells nationwide, and onsite installs outside the Central Coast and South Bay are done through SRS Networks' deployment teams. For multi-location deployments, a member of our team is onsite to roll out the system at every location you need. The hosted service, number porting, and 24/7 support are the same everywhere.
Where do your local technicians dispatch from?
845 West Market Street, Suite P, Salinas, CA 93901, serves the Central Coast and South Bay. It is our only published office. Other named locations are service areas, and installation appointments are confirmed in the quote.
Can one phone system cover several of these cities?
Yes. Multiple sites can use one dial plan, extensions between locations and separate published numbers. Each address still needs its own device and network review. List all locations in one enquiry so shared configuration and site-specific work can be scoped together.
Do you have an office in every city listed?
No. Salinas is the published office. The city, county and Bay Area pages describe service areas, rather than separate staffed branches. Installation at an address and the proposed appointment are confirmed during scoping.
Is emergency onsite response included nationwide?
Nationwide installation availability does not establish an emergency onsite arrival SLA. Published 24/7 support and any future physical visit are different matters. Ask which support channels, changes and visits the proposal covers.
What if our city does not have a page?
You can still enquire. Provide the installation city or ZIP, users and device requirements. We quote nationwide onsite installation through SRS Networks’ deployment teams outside the local service area; a dedicated city page is not a prerequisite.
